Booking Policy

Upon finalizing your booking you will receive an email to confirm: Location, Date, Time, and service requested.

At Pure + Simple King West we have a 24 hours cancellation policy. Group bookings are required to give 48 hours notice. In the event of a cancellation within this policy, there will be a charge of 50% of the service booked. This includes no shows and rescheduling after cancellation period. 

Credit Card Information

We require your credit card information upon reserving your booking with us. Bookings with no credit card information are considered "incomplete" and is not a guaranteed reservation. Payments for your booking will be made at the end of your service with your preferred payment method, as treatments are subject to change. You may be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy.
